Replying to reviews

Every review a worker leaves on Trusted Herd can be replied to by companies, and its encouraged!

A few things happen when you respond to a review:

  1. The worker who left the review is notified and can view it.
  2. Your reply is shown under the review on your company page for anyone to see.
  3. There is no back and forth. Worker writes review, company replies, that's the end.
  4. Workers can upvote or downvote replies.

Replying to reviews is a net positive, regardless the original content. It's an opportunity to show the worker who left it, and every one else looking at your company's reviews, that you're responsive, care, listen, and can take proper action if needed.

As of Spring 2024, reviews left on Trusted Herd are no longer anonymous. One benefit of named reviews are companies have better context of the situation, and can take review conversations offline if needed, to learn more and improve.

All review replies are approved by Trusted Herd before going live.
