Getting Event Jobs and Standing Out

Recruiters at companies have directly posted over 68,000 event gigs on Trusted Herd in the last 12 months. Trusted Herd does not assist them in contacting, interviewing, hiring, managing, etc. - it's up to them who they choose to contact. When you apply, we share your profile, phone, email and they can message you through the platform as well.

Here's a few tips to better standout.

- Make sure your profile is at or near 100% complete. What each field counts for in the website version. Here's an article on profiles.

- The application note - write something! Say why you're interested in working, etc. This is read by the recruiter too. It's your chance to differentiate yourself.

- If someone knows your work ethic, or you work somewhere with teammates, add an endorsement for each other. Those go on your profile so you don't start at square 1 for the next application.˜

- If a company works with you, ask for a review or endorsement from them. Those also end up on your profile making you look better.

Here's an FAQ section with some other info.

Best of luck!
